Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Fussy Feet reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Stock Availability
If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately or if a product is sold out we will contact you via email or phone, to advise you of the next availability or an alternative. If a refund is due, we will forward it to you without hesitation.
We cannot guarantee the availability of all items.
Shipping Information
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of placing your order. Standard delivery fee is $10 to anywhere in Australia under $150 order value and free over $150. New Zealand delivery fee is $20. For international deliveries, please contact us to arrange delivery via the Contact us page.
Returns Policy
If what you have received is not as you expected and you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a full refund on the return of your purchase within 10 days of receipt.

If what you have received is damaged, we will gladly offer you a replacement item or if unavailable, a full refund on the return of your purchase.
Damaged goods must be advised by e-mail within 2 days of receipt of purchase.
The items being returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition, and returned in a manner that will not damage the items. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return is an error on behalf of Fussy Feet.
Refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
